Corvallis

Corvallis is a small college town of 55,000 people located in the heart of the Willamette Valley, along the Willamette River. Nearby towns are Albany (10 minutes), Eugene (45 minutes south),

Salem(45 minutes north), and Portland (90 minutes north).


The weather is mild in the summer and wet in the winter. It hardly ever snows here, but it rains quite a bit. There are some nice local parks for hiking and the coast is about an hour away.
